What is Merago One?
Merago One is a connected-healthcare app built around Belinda, an AI health companion. Belinda answers your health questions in plain language and helps you act on them — book care, order medicine, and keep your records together in one place.
When does the app launch?
We're in the final stages of development and launching soon on the App Store and Google Play. Send us a message and we'll be glad to keep you posted.
How do I get help or report a problem?
Use the contact form on this page, or email our support team directly. We read every message and aim to respond within two business days during our support hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday).
Is Belinda a replacement for a doctor?
No. Belinda is a health companion that provides information and helps you reach care — she does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services right away.
How is my health data protected?
Your privacy is central to how we build Merago One. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the controls you have.
How do I access, correct, or delete my data?
Once the app is live, you'll be able to manage and delete your data from the in-app Privacy Dashboard. You can also reach out to us any time and we'll help — see the Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights and how to exercise them.
